T9 Dial ("the App") is built and maintained by an independent developer. This policy explains what information the App handles, why, and how you can control it.
The App has no servers run by the developer. Your contacts and call history are never sent to the developer.
Any data described below stays in one of these places: your device, your own iCloud, or the Apple and Google services listed below.
Purchases, subscriptions, and restores are handled by Apple. The App only learns the result of a transaction, never your payment details.
On by default; you can turn it off. It helps us understand feature usage, diagnose crashes, and improve performance. It may collect in-app usage events, crash and performance data, device model, OS version, and network type. This data is linked to a random installation ID generated by the App, not to your name, phone number, or Apple Account.
To turn it off, open Settings › Help › User Data and tap "Disable Analytics & Crash Reporting". The change takes effect after you restart the App.
Without Pro, the App may show ads. AdMob may collect:
The advertising identifier (IDFA) is used for personalized ads only if you choose Allow in the system's "Allow App to Track" prompt. In applicable regions, such as the EEA and the UK, your consent is requested before ads are loaded. With Pro, no ads are shown.
Google processes this data under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
When you send email through Help › Feedback, we receive:
Crash logs, the app database (which contains outgoing calls), and a contacts file are attached only if you turn on the matching switch. This information is used only to troubleshoot and reply to you.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
When this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above changes too. Significant changes are mentioned in the App's release notes.
